I was just asked how much I lift…
The truth is, it depends on what I’m doing! Different ways of training require different weight. For example, if I’m going to do a workout where I focus on really slowing down the eccentric portion of my reps (like a 6 count!), I will use a lighter weight than normal. But for the most part, I hammer curl 25s, I usually get up to 105 on my wide-grip lat pull downs and do about 45 on the pec dec. While this might be very light to some, for me PERSONALLY, this is heavy! Everyone’s “heavy” is different.. so don’t feel bad if yours is much less! Build slowly by adding a little weight each week =)
Good but very long day today. spending it with 3 beautiful little girls. Didn’t get to see my work out buddy sarissa :( but more than likely see her most of the day tomorrow for a couple hours. I need to build up some more self confidence though. I have a lot but some days its just not there……how to find some self esteem????? any clues?
